Cancellation Policy
- Cancellation made more than 30 days prior to check-in date will be refunded reservation less a 5%processing fee
- Cancellation made between 16-29 days before date of arrival will refunded reservation less a 30% cancellation fee
- Cancellation made between 8-15 days before date of arrival will refunded reservation less a 50% cancellation fee
- There will be no refund (100% cancellation fee) for those who do not show up less than 7 days before date of arrival
